How Orders work
- When we receive an order, our designer team give a call to the customer for information about design, color and size details.
- We ask for any design change of the jackets. We take all the inputs from customers.
- We do suggest design changes which suits for best looks.
- We ask the measurements details like : Chest size, Waist size, Hip, Shoulder, Neck, Sleeves, Length, Person Height (All should be body size. No extra margins. We take care the margins)

- We help to take the measurements on phone.
- We do a video call for helping to take the measurements if customer asks.
- Once we receive all the required information from our customer then only we process the order.
- The stitching and quality check takes three days as we are committed to provide the best fitting and best quality leather jackets.
- If the customized jacket design will be from our www.leatherclue.com, then we don't charge any extra amount for customization.
- If the design comes from different sources then user has to order from " Customize Your Jacket(https://www.leatherclue.com/customized-leather-jacket/custom-made-leather-jacket)" menu.
- While placing an order if customer does not have size details then they can fill 0 in all the fields and place the order for custom made jacket.
- If you are not sure about your size, you place your order with approximate size like (S,M,L,XL,XXL). We will call for size details and we guide you for taking the size.
- Once we receive an order, we call back to customer for size details and we help for taking the measurements.
